Policies
A deposit of $500 is required upon reservation. This deposit will be refunded in full upon departure, unless:

the reservation is cancelled or if the renter shortens their stay;
-
the renter smokes in the cottage;
-
pets are brought into the cottage;
-
significant damage such as ruined furniture, mattresses, linen and/or appliances, broken windows, perforated walls, and any other form of vandalism;
-
exceeded the maximum capacity of 6 guests.
The balance of the rental must be paid in full prior to arrival. The amount will be discussed by email.
